2 ) Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment: Dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and dab it over the infected area. You can simply soak a band-aid in apple cider solution and keep it wrapped over the wound for quick healing.
3 ) Chitosan Shampoo Treatment: Another ringworm treatment for humans includes using of Chitosan and Chitin in Indonesian cities. The Chitosan is the shampoo created from the exoskeleton of crabs (which is called chitin) and this is later used as ringworm treatment for humans.
4 ) Licorice Powder Treatment: Powder of licorice root is an effective cure for Tenia. Mix it water to make a paste and apply on the skin directly. If you are capable of bearing high stinging sensation mix one or two drops of basil extract to the paste. This will kill all the harmful germs in the wound immediately.

Not sure about Naturasil but I did try Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment and it worked for me. Cider being quite alcoholic it did burn initially but I was ok after a few application.
